This is a good one. Seared lamb chops, Israeli couscous, Greek yogurt, rosemary balsamic reduction, and a bit of tarragon salsa verde. I actually don’t think I’ve eaten this dish in its entirety yet. Next time. Once I had a few too many barrilitos and I made my sous chef make a gyro out of our pita, a couple boned chops, cucumber yogurt, and sriracha. Fuckin amazing, if I remember right.
